I can’t withdraw my cryptocoins. What’s going on?

If you can’t withdraw your cryptocoins, it either means that:

• You don’t have sufficient funds to cover the withdrawal’s fees (which are different with each cryptocurrency)

• You have mistakenly sent it to a non-existent wallet address.
